I am a highly motivated and genuine person that wants to create a business that will make a difference not only in the community but also for the individual that I employ. My business will have a high focus on customer service and satisfaction. Being a customer myself, I understand the struggles that most customers face. I want to use my use my experience to mitigate customer dissatisfaction. Providing exemplary customer service will be one of the main core values within my business. Another one of my core values will be focused on employees. My goal is to be a mentor/teacher to them . I want to provide them with knowledge, having pride in their work, ownership in what they do, and the tools to be successful not only within my company, but in all future endeavors as well. I want to be a good example to my kids and show that through hard work, dedication, and attention to detail that you can achieve your goals.
