I plan to build my customer base here in Vero Beach, Florida then possibly expand to the counties to the North and South. My plan will be to get 2 more food trucks or open a physical location I make incredible food and cornbread is a southern simple food that people absolutely love! I have a very steady and consistent catering gig that has steadily increased over the past months and I’m ready to invest in this full time. I have 4 mouth-watering cornbread options. Customers can pick any or all of them and then I pair it with my incredible entree options. My entree’s are, Red beans and rice, Chili, smothered ribs, Oxtails with Rice, and a veggie.
