Business Plan
I have a plan to purchase more equipment as the business increases in revenue. If we have more equipment, we can generate more rentals. The majority of the marketing is hyper local and social media based as well as showcasing the rentals gratis for community events to generate awareness of the products The overhead is very low and the return is high. The rentals pay for themselves in 7 uses. I am a female owned small business looking to stay very local to the San Diego Community. I plan to assist non-profit charitable causes by renting out the items for a very low cost or free if warranted. I also plan on offering lower income military families the options for rentals at a discounted rate if the booking window is not being used. I have 20 years in the event industry and have many connections and resources to immediately garner business. I currently work full time for a non-profit animal rescue and this would be a side business that I could use to generate additional income to help support my family.

Self Identified Competition
Gather & Pop is the main competitor, however they have a much larger minimum spend which will not be applicable to many families looking to rent. The lower more competitive price point is what will set me apart. The reason I want to get this business off the ground is that there aren't many competitors. This means I am primed to jump on the party rental trend for the specific décor I am looking for before many others do.
