Marian’s Pizza 591-28-3037 | Government Grant Application

Marian’s Pizza | Application Preview

Marian's Pizza is applying for government grants to enhance their operations by purchasing necessary commercial kitchen equipment and securing a building to facilitate their business. The funds will also cover inspection and licensing requirements to begin serving customers.

Their business plan outlines a buffet-style pizza restaurant featuring various food options, including a salad bar, soup bar, pizza bar, pasta bar, and even a vegetarian menu, along with calzones and a dessert bar. Upon securing a location, they intend to hire staff to assist in these operations.

Marian's Pizza emphasizes their commitment to hard work and customer satisfaction as key reasons for funding approval. They aim to deliver quality food and exceptional service, contrasting themselves with competitors like Pizza Hut and Domino's, which they claim suffer from poor service and quality. Marian's Pizza currently operates on a small scale, making pizzas by hand and facing state limitations on serving meat, highlighting their need for financial support to expand.

The competitive edge for Marian's Pizza lies in their dedication to kindness and respectful service, positioning themselves as a community-focused establishment. They plan to implement a rewards program, encouraging customer loyalty by offering a free pizza after ten purchases. The applicant believes that with the right funding, they can become a well-known name in the local area.

  • Funding Usage

This would be used to purchase all the commercial kitchen equipment we need to be successful. We would use the rest of the money to get into a building. It would also help us get the inspection and licenses we need to get started.

  • Business Plan

We already have a minute in the works. Once we get into a building we would hire a few employees. We have also talked about being a buffet type of pizza restaurant. We also would have a salad bar. A soup bar a pizza bar and a pasta bar. We would add in a vegetarian menu as well. We will have calzones, and even a dessert bar. We are hard working We will always go the extra mile in customer satisfaction. We will always serve the community. We want to also not overcharge our customers we want them to want to come back and we want them to also share their experience they had with us with others. Right now I am making this pizza by hand everyday. I make the dough fresh. I make the sauce fresh. I slice the veggies up fresh and would love the opportunity to be able to do that in a building. The people love our pizza and want more. We are just handicapped right now because we are not allowed to serve any meat on our pizza because of Oklahoma State Law. We need help financially. I will put in all the work necessary for us to be successful. Thank you so much for your consideration.

  • Self Identified Competition

We have Pizza Hut, which from what I read about customers of theirs is that the service is horrible, the staff isn’t friendly, the food isn’t that great, and last but not least the employees are always out back smoking marijuana. Same thing with Dominoes. The service is horrible. The food is not good and the staff isn’t friendly at all. Little Caesars is well, Little Caesars. Need I say any more. Cheap but still not that great. If you look us up on Facebook (Marian’s Pizza) we do have some reviews on there. I really think we can become a household name here locally if we could get in to a building. We would be kind and friendly greet people respectfully and work our tails off to make each and every customer with the respect the deserve. Serving the community is our number one goal. Never fail one customer. Always be concerned and courteous of the customers options. Treat others the way we want to be treated. Last but not least serve the best food that we possibly can. One last last thing. We would have a rewards program set up where once any customer buys 10 pizzas the get a free pizza.
