  • Business Plan

    The business has been completely word of mouth and referral based for 5 years. We have amazing reviews and positive retention, so to build on that foundation we need marketing and sales funnels to breakthrough and create a scalable business. By Q2 in year one we will have gotten to know our online audience by running PPC Ads, and learning about customer behavior while also growing revenues, refining sales processes, and hiring sales reps. By Q4 in year 1 we will have marketed multiple coaching products to our audience and up sold them while working out the kinks in Sales and Onboarding. By Q4 we will have iterated our product offering to match our customer feedback and demand, while also having ramped up 2-4 sales reps and 2-4 account managers. By year 3 we are totally focused on hitting our sales and marketing targets, and hiring/promoting leadership that will allow us to continue scaling our sales org. By year 4, we will transition our sales efforts from primarily a cold outreach model to also a live events funnel where we will generate high ticket sales face to face with our audience. Simultaneously, our newly introduced high ticket offering will allow us to market to existing customers with relevant upsells. By year 5 we will have successfully integrated our two selling models, online PPC marketing and live events marketing and be ready to continue cross selling and growing our customer base for years to come. I’m a coach with 6 years of experience, that has coached nationally and internationally recognized leadership. I’ve coached Miss USA contestants, corporate executives, and Founders to find their inner alignment. As a result, I’ve learned what it takes first hand to take someone from struggling in their life and business to alignment and confidence. The work I’ve done has produced Forbes 30 under 30 leaders, created jobs and revenue for the state of California. An investment allows me to not only hire for my own company but empower other business owners to find and create with the resources that will make them successful and profitable as well.

    1) Big Impact, Inc. is a company run by a husband and wife duo - Mark and Shannon. They employ a team of 15 and profit around $500,000 per year. They do a combination of cold/warm outreach, and live/virtual events. 2) Diva Diversity is a company that is run and founded by Doctors and Counselors that runs Diversity Workshops is schools and companies to help integrate progressive inclusion ideas into their framework. They are for profit and their business model is based on getting long term contracts within schools to teach staff and students diversity skill sets. 3) Epic Impact is a company with a mostly male run leadership board, that seeks to empower young entrepreneurs with spiritual and psychology based teaching through live events and retreats. My niche is personal empowerment in Business and Leadership. The high profile clients I’ve helped to make successful are ready and willing to speak to their audiences to expand outreach. Because I’ve been a one woman show for so long I can see the mistakes my competitors have made and act differently. Epic Impact and Big Impact, Inc didn’t have a diverse enough product offering to thrive when Covid hit the economy hard in March. Their over-reliance on live events to generate revenue hurt their business growth. Diva Diversity also relies too much on face to face sales and onboarding for their business to truly thrive in a post-Covid world. They also took big hits to their bottom line. My business offering will be streamlined in niche, but diverse in applicability. We will thrive because of our data driven marketing approach and the ability to adapt to primarily sell remotely or in-person depending on how the economy behaves in the coming years.
