We would also like to start integrating the products onto an online shop through our website. We expect that our knowledge of advertising on social media will help us expand our business over the course of five years. We also spend a lot of effort to train our staff well, because customer service is very important to us. Our clientele is growing and we get a lot of new customers from referrals, Yelp, Instagram, Google, Facebook, and from the location of our business. Our rewards program is also unique and our customers love it. I have experience in management, knowledge of the beauty industry, and years of salon ownership. I have owned and managed salons for over 25 years. I received my cosmetology license in high school and have been non-stop practicing and sharpening my skills since. My career in cosmetology is a future without limits and I have created programs that are designed to maximize staff’s skills, opportunities, and earning potential. I know with your investment I will be able to grow my business and expand successfully over the years.
