Braids by Nee braid bus 410631671 | Government Grant Application

Braids by Nee braid bus | Application Preview

Braids by Nee is seeking government grants to support the repair of their mobile braid bus, which will enhance their ability to serve clients during the pandemic. The funds will also help acquire more hair products, aiding in business expansion and ultimately benefiting the owner and their family.

The business plan outlines goals for the next five years, including increasing salon clientele, encouraging repeat visits to the braid bus, boosting product sales at each appointment, and minimizing operational costs. The owner aims to diversify income streams and elevate the brand of the mobile braid bus.

The proposal argues for funding approval by highlighting the business's potential for growth and success. The owner is confident in their ability to double sales and clientele within a year, provided they are given a chance to execute their innovative ideas.

In terms of competition, Braids by Nee identifies major players such as Shea Moisture and African hair braiding services. However, the competitive edge lies in the mobile aspect of the business, which offers unique, convenient service by bringing hair styling directly to clients. This flexibility caters to customers who may have transportation issues or limited availability, ensuring a timely and personalized experience.
