ALI emphasizes compliance with various legal frameworks, including the No Hadley Amendment and reimbursement regulations associated with expenses incurred by private institutions. The business aims to promote a safe educational environment for children, particularly in the context of health concerns related to COVID-19.
The application argues for funding approval based on its commitment to educational safety and the positive impact on student welfare. ALI does not consider itself in competition with public schools, highlighting its unique role as a private secular institution that contributes to educational reform.
