Tueres Williams Home Health LLC 85-157-5282 | Government Grant Application

Tueres Williams Home Health LLC | Application Preview

Tueres Williams Home Health LLC is applying for government grants to launch operations in two rental properties, adhering to state regulations. The funding will cover security deposits, a wheelchair-accessible company vehicle for client transport, furnishings to meet state requirements, and installations for necessary accommodations for disabled patients. Additional expenses include setting up utility accounts, office systems, and a fire detection system as mandated by state law.

The business operates in a growing sector where there is a clear demand for home health care services. By maintaining at least three clients in each home, the business anticipates a profit margin of 18% to 22%, depending on the nature of care. Profits will be reinvested to expand operations within five years, potentially doubling the number of homes serviced.

Approval of this funding is justified by the increasing need for such services, which offer a recession-proof revenue model with various income streams. The application emphasizes that competition is limited due to specific niche targeting and state regulations, which sets the business apart from senior living facilities.

Tueres Williams Home Health LLC boasts experienced staff, all certified in their respective fields, and emphasizes a family-operated approach that allows for flexibility and adaptation in services. The goal is to empower clients towards greater independence while providing tailored care.

  • Funding Usage

The funding will be used to open our operation in 2 rental properties that will be used as per the state mandated law. The rental properties will more than likely require an additional monthly payment as the security deposit. The funds will also be used for a company vehicle which will need to have wheelchair access in order for the state to give us the endorsement to take our clients to and from doctors appointments or anywhere else their advocate will allow upon request as per the client. We will also need the funds to furnish the homes as per state requirements for each client. We will also need to set up an account with a few agencies for visits from specialists who would get paid a monthly stipend for each client that requires their services. We will also need to have accommodations installed for wheelchairs and mobiles for disabled patients. I will also use the funds to install a fire detection system as per required by the state and a dedicated water source as also a requirement. We will also need the funds to open utility accounts for the homes and also set up our office systems.

  • Business Plan

In the industry that we are pursuing to start our business in, there is no need to look far for clients as it is definitely a much needed service. There are more clients than are homes that can give them the care they need. If we maintain at least 3 clients in the home, we would be able to maintain a profit margin of somewhere between 18% to 22% depending on the type of care each client needs. The more care needed, the more their insurance will pay. We would set aside these profits after expenses and taxes are paid and continue to open homes throughout the area and expand outside of the area if the demand is high enough in those areas. Within 5 years time, if we have maintained our clients for at least 1 years time as per contract, and we have 1 extended care patient, we should be able to double the amount of homes making a total of 4 by the end of the 5th year. Because of the rise and need of services such as ours, the growth potential is staggering. It is recession proof, has multiple avenues of income, and can be only a positive growth and opportunity to anyone who would invest into healthcare. The only businesses like these fail is because of lack of education, mismanagement of funds, or lack of endorsements or certifications by the state. The business itself speaks longevity and stability to anyone working in the industry and a help to the economy.

  • Self Identified Competition

The beauty and ugliness of the business is because we fit a specific niche, we do not have a lot of competitors, but we would be compared to other businesses who offer similar services. For example, we would be taking in clients with mental or mobile disabilities. Majority of the mobile disabled clients would be considered seniors. But we would be compared to senior living facilities such as Brookdale or Cornerstone. But we are not a senior facility. We have competitors but not one can out perform the other as there are state and federal guidelines that have to be met and cannot be exceeded. A group home can only have a maximum of 6 clients, whereas an assisted living facility would require 7 or more. Our clients are referred by the ADA or other homes or facilities that lack endorsements, and all of the group homes are registered and monitored by the state to ensure that there are no clients staying in a home that does not have the proper or required certification or endorsement or they may have to shut down or move the client. So in short, there isnt any real competition in our niche, and there is no possibility that another home can take clients or offer incentives to earn business that could normally hurt or cripple your potential. We have the experience and expertise in the field and are all certified. Aside from the operation licensing and certs needed from the state when they resume normal operations, we have the experience, knowledge, and guidance from state certified counselors and officials. We are also hungry for knowledge and love what we do, so we can easily adapt new practices and regulations with little to no opposition. We are family operated and owned, and know who would be best for certain aspects of the business, and continue to help each other grow. Our business would be supplying a service to semi or mostly independent clients with a few that require constant care. With the resources we have access to, we will continue to assist our clients in growing more independent and not keep them dependent just for monetary purposes.
