I market myself through social media and business cards. I'm hoping to have a substantial amount of clients in years to come. I'm helping people. What I do is not only for individuals who want to live a healthier life. I have clients with knee, back and or other medical issues. I assist people who are elderly or have been in accidents that have caused injuries to their body.

Self Identified Competition
I would say other personal trainers or other local gym's. At this time they are struggling as well. I don't do this for the money. I genuinely enjoy helping people feel or be able to function like they used too. I work with people on pricing. I understand that times are difficult right now and everyone needs assistance.
