Self Identified Competition
Our top competitors are mount valley foundation services, complete crawlspace and lowcountry crawlspace repairs. They have been in service longer and have more financial backing We are a smaller group that tackles the crawlspace issues a little bit differently. The encapsulation services are still relatively new but we use an epoxy to secure the wall system instead of a ram set which drives nails into the brick potentially causing damage. We also attack any mold and mildew with a less abrasive chemical than bleach. A lot of our competitors use a hydrochloride based chemical which can be toxic during application and afterwards as well
