Kingdom in Action LLC is seeking government grants to enhance its operations and community impact. The funding will be allocated as follows:
1. **New Equipment**: $1,500 to $2,000 will be invested in vinyl printing equipment to enable custom t-shirt production and local printing jobs.
2. **Marketing and SEO**: $1,500 will fund SEO optimization for the website, along with social media marketing and Google Ads to increase visibility.
3. **New Designs**: An additional $1,500 is earmarked for developing new merchandise designs and expanding the product size range beyond Small to 2XL, responding to customer requests for seasonal items.
4. **Product Photography**: $500 will be directed towards product photography to enhance the imagery for the website and promotional content, recognizing the importance of visual appeal in attracting customers.
In the next five years, the business aims for organic growth primarily through positive customer experiences, social media marketing, and influencer partnerships. They plan to expand their product line to include a variety of clothing items and implement a referral program to encourage customer engagement.
The appeal for funding rests on the company's mission of community support, as a portion of every sale goes towards creating care packages for the homeless in South Florida. The application emphasizes that purchasing from Kingdom in Action LLC not only contributes to a business but also aids individuals in need, fostering a sense of shared purpose among customers.
In terms of competition, the applicant mentions several brands like Art of Homage and God is Dope, recognizing their success while aspiring to replicate certain aspects of their business excellence. The competitive edge lies in the company's commitment to community service, as the founder takes an active role in creating and distributing care packages, emphasizing a genuine connection to the mission of helping others.

Funding Usage
New Equipment: $1,500 to $2,000 will go straight to equipment. I would like to start with vinyl printing to be able to do custom t-shirts and local printing jobs. Marketing and SEO: Ads are a must so $1,500 will go towards getting the website SEO'd and social media marketing ads as well as Google Ads. New Designs: Customers have already been asking for new merch for different seasons. $1,500 would go towards creating new designs and releasing new merchandise with a broader range of sizes. Currently we only offer Small to 2XL. Product Photography: The last $500 will go towards product photography for the website, social media, and running ads. Customers are visual and I would love to update all of the current product images.

Business Plan
Within the next 5 years, I hope to grow the business organically through word of mouth (providing good quality products and excellent customer service), social media marketing with ads, and the use of influencers. The goal is that eventually I will have various clothing article options for customers such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, beenies, and much more. I would also like to utilize customer referrals (a referral program) to grow the business as well. The soul of this company is rooted in helping others. A portion of every sale goes into a fund that I use to create care packages for the homeless in our South Florida community. I hope that one day we will be able to expand the fund to be able to provide groceries for disadvantaged communities and other programs to help those struggling paycheck to paycheck. The uniqueness of our business is that when someone supports us by buying a product, they are also helping a stranger they may never meet but would have had a hand in helping indirectly. I love that about our business.

Self Identified Competition
Art of Homage: They are a really awesome Christian faith-based brand that sells t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, beanies, etc. They have been doing really well and although they are a competitor, we try to emulate what we see in their business which is excellence. God is Dope: God is Dope is a huge Christian t-shirt brand and they are a force in the industry. Their volume of purchases is what I desire to have one day. Girl Plus God: A woman owned Christian t-shirt brand that is also doing very well for themselves. As a woman myself, it is great to have a business that has already set a blueprint and has seen success in a very male-dominated industry. The heart of our business. Yes, I have to make a profit because I operate a business but my drive comes from the ability to use our profits to truly make an impact in the community around us. I shop for and pack the care packages myself and often times I am the one with family or Church friends distributing it to the homeless community as well. We do the work and I am very proud of that.
