I plan to keep adding properties in different locations. Vacation towns, college areas, etc. would be my ideal areas of real-estate. After years of work and learning, along with being a single mother and then growing my family, I am ready for the next step. I have always been up to date with real-estate and am ready to get involved full time. Rental markets are in high demand and flourishing, which drives me more to get started.

Self Identified Competition
Any rentals in the area would be my competitors. However by using rental sites, such as VRBO, and pricing my properties at better rates with exceptional amenities, my properties would be more desirable and rent of the other competition. Traveling and a friend, couple, and as a larger family, I know what is needed and what is expected from a renter. By offering more amenities and higher end properties, clients will prefer my properties. I also plan to stay/ visit all the properties to e sure they are being maintained to a higher standard.
