King Jay Foundation Inc | Application Preview
King Jay Foundation Inc. is seeking government grants to support their mission of providing scholarships to high school students for the next five years. The funding will also enable them to host outreach activities and educational engagements focused on addressing critical issues like stigma, bullying, and gun violence among youth.
The organization's business plan emphasizes increasing awareness in communities of color by exposing young people to broader opportunities beyond what they often see in the media. They aim to educate young adults on preventing bullying and gun violence while offering ongoing peer support.
Approval of funding is urged on the basis that the organization provides essential support and mentorship to underserved youth. The foundation believes that investing in them is akin to investing in the future of children who have been affected by violence and bullying.
King Jay Foundation positions itself as a collaborative force in the community, emphasizing that they do not compete with other nonprofits but instead seek to partner with them to enhance community outreach and educational programs. Their unique approach focuses on cooperation rather than competition, underscoring their commitment to collective goals for youth development.

Funding Usage
If granted this amount requested, our organization will provide at least the next 5 years of scholarships for the high school students. We would be financially suited to host at least a couple of outreach activities within the communities surrounding us and we will then be able to provide more educational engagements geared towards reducing stigma, bullying, and gun violence that our youth needs the most assistance with.

Business Plan
I plan to grow this organization by bringing more awareness to our communities of color by exposing our youths to more choices than what they are accustomed to seeing on todays news. We will continue to go within the communities and grasp our young adults to educate them on preventing bullying, gun violence, and offer continuous peer support. Investors should consider investing in my organization if they have ever lost a loved one to gun violence or a child to bullying in the hands of someone else. This organization offers support and mentorship to youth and young adults in underserved communities. We are a small organization with a huge heart that loves to help our children grow and exceed academically. Investing in our organization would be like investing in our children's future.
-
Self Identified Competition
We are not in competition with anyone else. In fact, we look forward to working with the many other nonprofits within our communities to engage in the development of our community outreach programs to help our youth and young adults. The difference between us and the other competitors is that we are not in competition with anyone and would love to join other nonprofits to accomplish the goals set towards educational development for our youth.
