Southern Coastal Greenery LLC | Application Preview
Southern Coastal Greenery LLC is seeking government grants to support its expansion plans. The funding will be allocated primarily towards marketing efforts and staffing, including hiring a secretary and social media manager, as well as establishing an independent landscaping team. The business already possesses the necessary landscaping equipment and seeks financial assistance to enhance and accelerate growth.
In the first month, the focus will be on marketing, which includes creating uniforms, promotional materials, and targeted outreach to coastal properties experiencing erosion issues. The landscaping team will serve as a gateway to build client relationships and showcase the company's reliability and quality, ideally leading to larger contracts for property management and other services.
In the second month, the landscaping team will be operational, providing services while simultaneously promoting additional offerings like dock restoration and erosion control through informational flyers. A system for managing client appointments and requests will be established to prepare for an anticipated increase in business.
By months three to five, the company plans to introduce a second rig and property management team, tapping into the growing pool of clients generated from landscaping services. Accumulated revenue will also be allocated towards a phase two fund aimed at real estate investment, with plans to eventually manage and sell properties for profit.
Moving into the second year, the company intends to maintain its landscaping operations while increasing property management jobs and enhancing its online presence through social media. The ultimate goal is to establish a securities sector focused on real estate, ensuring financial stability for the business and its employees.
Funding is sought to implement this structured growth plan, which outlines marketing strategies, estimated returns on investment, competitive advantages, and a clear path for reinvestment. The company aims to address the need for affordable and reliable erosion repair solutions specifically for coastal properties, standing out in a market with limited competition.

Funding Usage
The key factors involved in starting this growth plan are the capital funds to supply a team to start the marketing and independently ran landscaping team, and begin the growth phase from these efforts. A secretary, and social media handler and marketing handler. And the start up for a second rig and second team regarding the property management team whose clients would multiply from the landscaping team's efforts. I currently have all the landscaping equipment needed including a zero turn, trailer, truck, weed eaters, blowers, a second industrial walk behind mower, and chainsaws. I have been able to accrue this based off of this current plan all on my own and on a much smaller scale. A helping capital startup cost would put this plan into full effect and fast track its growth and potential on a manageable and much larger and sustainable position.

Business Plan
>MONTH 1 -For the first week, funds will be allocated towards advertisement resources. This will include uniforms, decals, signs, flyers, and social media. -The first month will then continue to commence further into the advertisement phase, of a team effort, being focused on pinpointing erosion damaged coastal properties through flyers, and informing properties of erosion damage and prevention. Included in this first phase of informing, and advertising, we will have a landscaping team ready and listed in this informative package as an introductory service. This team will be used as a stepping stone for future expansion and word of mouth. (Landscaping is utilized through this company as a stepping stone to build a relationship with the client, and show trust through expansion based on the quality of work and integrity. Through my years of experience, I have received 90% of high value projects through my landscaping customers after the fact. This includes jobs such as: dock repair, hardscaping, fence repair, limb removal, erosion control, pressure washing, concrete repair, and brush removal. And even eventual complete property management for a landlord. This is due to the customer feeling more at ease and willing to take less of a risk with landscaping, to see the professionalism in the company, crew, services, and reliability before they move on in trusting our company with more professional services.) -An individual will be posted at main office, as a secretary, to receive and schedule any and all upcoming jobs and appointments for quotes in preparation for month two. This individual will separate, organize, and schedule these jobs and appointments in two different teams. One being landscaping, and another property management and future contacts. >MONTH 2 -Landscaping and pressure washing team will be mobilized and operating upon scheduled clients at this point, and leaving a pamphlet or flyer of other services offered by team two within the company. These services will include, dock piling restoration (saving a customer on average $2,000 per piling and increasing the longevity of their dock), erosion damage repair and prevention, acid washing for pools (mostly targeted for real estate agents), fence repair, and hardscaping such as stone walkways, and gravel beds and driveways. - As the landscaping team is operating. One crew leader will be managing the landscaping team, but also be responsible for before and after photos which will be forwarded to the secretary to manage a promotional social media page for advertisement. For each lawn job done, it will also be the crew leader's responsibility to place a property management sign with information of the company; showing that the lawn service was performed by us, and also our contact information. This will only be done by the approval of the client of course. -As calls come in to schedule more work for property management jobs and larger contracts, in preparation for month 3, the secretary will organize and schedule these dates to be prepared to be carried out for month 3 by the property management team (or also called "team two"). As the calls come in, preparation is being made to carry out these future contracts for month 3, as the landscaping team is self-operating at this point and continuing pulling customers from the landscaping services and word of mouth. >MONTH 3-5 - Rig two will now have been implemented into the company's asset composition, and begin servicing the property management clients and contractor clients. Budget scoping for new equipment will also be implemented for new and upcoming jobs to better service quicker job completion and turnover rate. - During these 2-3 months: The landscaping team, the property management team, and the secretary/ social media handler will have been operating and accruing capital from all the jobs. A portion of this capital will have been allocated towards a phase two fund. This phase two fund will be the startup cost for the companies first expansion into real estate. When enough capital is accrued for the down payment of its first investment property, a portion of time every month will be allocated towards managing this property through the company resources in preparation towards selling the property after 6 months to one year of renovation. The return profits will continue to fund future real estate acquisition and management for its own property under a separate entity within the company called a securities sector. >Year 2 - The landscaping is still operating and pulling future clients from their services and promotion. Through their services continue to unfold into higher capital, and more property management jobs. The social media handler/ secretary is still expanding the attention gained through social media accounts such as; Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Job expansion continues to grow. Connections are made through real estate partnerships, and bartering. The securities sector of the company continues to grow its real estate acquisition, and rental properties secure a backup residual income for company employees and job security in preparation for any disaster or pandemic. I have given you my current position and estimated yields. With the help of capital growth to expand my company, I have showed you where it would be implemented, and why those funded factors in the company would grow greater results. I have shown you, where the returns would be reinvested into the company through an investment and growth plan based off the expansion. I have shown you the marketing plan that would multiply and accrue in budget based on the success of an affordable and effective beginning strategy. Self Identified Competition
-Our competitors would be piling driving companies. -There is another company called snap jacket who also does the same process, but competition is very low and not in my area. -The problem our product is trying to solve, is an honest, more affordable, and more reliable solution to erosion damage repair and prevention. Especially in the coastal property sector regarding the dock pilings. -Our competitors would be piling driving companies which charge on average a customer $1,200-$2,000 per piling to replace. This process does not last as long and usually needs to be replaced again within the next 5 years. Our solution charges a customer $400-$700 per piling and repairs and prevents future damage.
