RSH Family Holdings LLC 83-4303643 | Government Grant Application

RSH Family Holdings LLC | Application Preview

RSH Family Holdings LLC is seeking government grants to address the critical need for low-income housing in Amarillo, which currently has an 18-month waiting list for HUD housing. The owner, who volunteers at Transformation Park, aims to expand their real estate business with a focus on providing housing solutions for the homeless and those facing financial difficulties.

The application emphasizes the commitment to helping vulnerable populations rather than seeking profit. The owner believes that securing funding will enable them to purchase property dedicated to affordable housing, thereby making a positive impact in the community. Although there are other real estate investors in the area, the applicant highlights a lack of competition in the HUD housing segment. The hope is to use the granted funds as a stepping stone toward creating a sustainable solution for homelessness in Amarillo.

  • Funding Usage

There is a demand for low income / HUD housing in Amarillo with an 18-month waiting list. I am requesting funds to secure property to provide low income housing.

  • Business Plan

I volunteer at Transformation Park, an outreach ministry for the homeless, food insecure and housing insecure in Amarillo. I would like to grow my real estate business and do HUD housing to help get people off the streets. I would like to provide affordable housing for the financially insecure and help with the homelessness in Amarillo. I am an honest person and hard working and am called to help with homelessness, I just don't have the capital to carry out my plans.

  • Self Identified Competition

Multiple other real estate investors in the area, but there hasn't been a lot of interest that I can tell with HUD housing. I'm not looking to become rich/wealthy off the backs of the financially insecure, and request grants to realize my first purchase towards helping the homeless.
