With the internet , you can basically find whatever you need. So, knowing they are going to go right behind you and price check. You offer payment plans in which they can’t get that online searching. You become THEM... what are their likes, dislikes....layovers, no layover! You get personal in order to create their DREAM FAMILY VACATIONS! I take the guess work out of their travel! I even give all my clients travel care packages ( cost out of my pocket) Just a small token depending on their destination what the item may be. 75% of the time if it’s 5 or more clients traveling I will travel with them. I’m completely at their exposure, touring with them or giving them a full details itinerary of highlighted activities and places to see as well as the top restaurants.
