With a recent Bachelor's in business, the owner possesses valuable knowledge in accounting and overall business operations, which will aid in the company’s growth.
In identifying competition, the applicant notes that the handyman market includes many small businesses and independent contractors. However, the applicant differentiates Sepelyak's Handyman Services through a dedication to high-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction. Unlike competitors who may compromise quality for speed, the applicant prioritizes thoroughness and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, honed through over ten years in retail, further enhance customer relationships. Business Plan
Currently using my 98 Toyota Camry to perform services and I am in dire need of a truck. This would give me space to carry my work equipment as well as give customers piece of mind that I am not just a "tire kicker" if you will. A location would greatly benefit my business in that I can offer more than just services. Would give me space needed to generate revenue through selling merchandise I would build. From there I would start looking for a partner or hiring employees to perform more services and achieve more output. Work ethic. Have prided myself in it all my life. My 25 or so customers I have currently worked for would vouch for that 100%. I go the extra mile in my work and still offer a reasonable price. Reason being I am looking to build customer relationships. Also that I am a fresh business and need to get my name out. Also, I recently received my Bachelor's in business and have knowledge of the accounting aspect of running the business as well as other business operation knowledge.

Self Identified Competition
It is difficult to give a top 3 as I have a handyman business. Most competitors of mine are small business handymen and other independent contractors I strive to 100% satisfy my customers. I've read and heard from others that people in my trade perform low quality work sometimes in order to save time and money, leaving the customer unsatisfied a lot of the time. I will take all the time needed to get the job done correctly and mistake-free. I've noticed that customers appreciate this so much that I have been given direct leads from customers and not to mention tips from those customers who appreciate my work. I also have great communication skills as I worked 10+ years in retail while getting through school. I did not have a choice, I had to learn how to talk to and satisfy customers. This is one of the greatest strengths of mine, and something customers have told me they have had problems with while working with my competitors.
