TADSAW INC | Application Preview
TADSAW INC. is seeking government grants to fund the training and accreditation of 40 Medical Alert Service Dog Teams, with an estimated cost of $2,500 per team. The organization aims to reduce the number of service dogs trained yearly as improved treatment options emerge for veterans suffering from Military Induced Anxiety Depression Syndrome (MIADS), PTSD, MST, and TBI.
The funding will demonstrate a strong Return on Investment, impacting veterans' lives positively at a fraction of the typical cost and wait time for service dogs, which usually ranges from $25,000 to $55,000 and can take 3 to 5 years. TADSAW's training program lasts about 20 to 25 weeks, allowing veterans to use their service dogs from the first day of training. Although full proficiency may take up to 12 to 15 months, the process begins almost immediately.
TADSAW claims to have no competitors in reducing veteran suicides quickly. Its competitive advantage is in its unique approach that places veterans at the center of the training process. The organization recognizes that veterans, who were once trained for military service, are now dealing with mental health issues stemming from their experiences. By involving veterans in their service dog training, TADSAW enables them to acquire essential skills to train future service dogs when necessary.

Business Plan
Hopefully, the TADSAW program will train less Service Dogs each year due to the better treatment options available to OUR Veterans surviving with Military Induced Anxiety Depression Syndrome (MIADS) - an occupational related health hazard of being in the Armed Services, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) , Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). TADSAW INC offers a greater Return on Investment for the $2,500. per Team in terms making an impact and a difference in a Veteran's life. The usual cost and time for getting a Veteran a Service Dog is from $25,000 to $55,000. and takes anywhere from a 3 to 5 year wait to receive the Service Dog. The TADSAW program typically takes 20 to 25 weeks of training, and depends on the Veteran and Service Dog bonding and working together, after a suitable Service Dog candidate is procured and matched with a Veteran. Depending on the proficiency of the Team and necessary tasks for the Dog to perform for the Veteran, could possibly take up to 12 to 15 months, BUT the Veteran has use of the Service Dog from Day#1 of training!!!

Self Identified Competition
Do not have any competitors- unless you consider how many more Veterans can be removed from the 'suicide bubble' every year in a timely manner!!! The ‘Special Secret Sauce” for success of the program is simple. The VETERAN!!! We counted on a ‘high school’ boy or girl to join the Military and in an 8 to 16-week training program, taught them an occupation to protect Our Nation from all enemies, which has lasted a lifetime. Now they are held captive by the horrific memories of war, and it is diagnosed and treated as a mental health issue NOT as an occupational hazard, which it should be. With the Veteran participating throughout the training of their Service Dog (approximately 20 to 25 weeks), they learn the skills required to train the replacement Service Dog, when needed.
