    Our mission is to help vitalize the workforce community through cleaning. We have a multi family tax credit development that is set to start in December, Christamore Court Apartments located on the westside of Indianapolis, Indiana. About the project: "Exciting News! 🏡 Christamore Court Apartments (CCA) - 40 affordable senior units - is getting a remarkable transformation! Thanks to LIHTC financing, we’re giving the entire property, including all residential units, a fresh new look. 🌟 CCA has been a cherished part of Haughville since WCDC opened it as new construction in 2003. 🏢 T & H Investments is leading the way as the general partner, and @creallc is our valued limited partner. 🤝 WCDC, now the sole owner, is contributing a $1.5 million Seller Note to make this project possible. 📜 Thanks to the generous support of the Urban League’s IAAQLI funding and The City of Indianapolis ARPA funding, we have an additional $1.85 million to preserve these much-needed affordable senior units. 💰 In partnership with IHCDA, we’ve secured tax credits and a $750,000 Development Fund loan at 1.5%. 🏦 James Higgs and Associates are the project consultants, and Russell Lewis/Arc Development is our talented architect. 🏗️ Construction is set to start in December/January, and we’re planning a special media event with the developer, funders, and Haughville community leaders to celebrate this $12.8 million development. 🎉 Together, we’re committed to sustaining low-income housing for our beloved seniors. " Our scopes for the project are daily cleaning where we work Monday through Friday (6-9p), every week. The construction will last twelve months and we will perform the final cleaning for the project once construction is completed. Due to this being an existing senior housing project, we will be packing and moving tenants from their current to new unit. To support this project we will have to hire two W-2 cleaning at $19,200/yr, one Admin manager at $38,400/yr, and one on site supervisor at $23,200/yr. We are a new company with tremendous opportunity, this grant would give us the cushion to deliver a great product as we establish our foundation in the Indianapolis marketplace.

We understand that the marketplace changes everyday and we will adjust accordingly. I have industry experience. My roles have included sales, marketing, customer service, project management and business development as well as serving as the Head of Sales in a construction company serving residential and commercial properties in the Indianapolis, IN area. I have been involved in the representation and services rendered for over 300 clients with total transaction revenue in excess of $7.5 million; over 1000 units have been renovated and/or remodeled in more than 10 cities in the Indianapolis area. I have managed project teams of more than 50 individuals and supervised projects with total asset value in excess of $100 million. Most projects included an aspect of cleaning. I have the current and growing relationships in place to fulfill a need in the market place. Cleaning in the construction industry is considered an after thought. With a 98 billion dollar market cap, there is opportunity.
