The business plan emphasizes a strong digital marketing approach, anchored by a captivating and well-structured website that features client testimonials, training demos, and easy navigation. This will be complemented by a presence across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency for better visibility and connection.
To engage potential clients, the business will employ personalized email marketing campaigns targeting specific niches, promote services through articles and media stories, and distribute introductory letters with brochures to corporate entities and stakeholders. Additionally, advertising will extend to local magazines, newspapers, and directories, while community sponsorships and memberships in local chambers of commerce will further enhance visibility.
The market opportunity focuses on a unique niche of fitness training for high school and college athletes, particularly in underfunded schools seeking space for training and conditioning. There’s potential for program franchising and collaboration with nutrition vendors, aiming to support underserved high schools and local leagues.
The applicant highlights 25 years of experience as both a student athlete and a coach, underscoring a deep understanding of the challenges athletes face, especially regarding resource limitations in coaching. The competition includes popular gyms like Edge Fitness, budget-friendly Planet Fitness, and the newer Arsen Gym.
Best Kept Secret Training Systems distinguishes itself by being the only facility tailored for athletes aiming for advanced fitness, acting as a crucial resource for under-resourced schools and leagues, and leveraging the owner's lived experience as a Division I athlete to meet the regional needs for specialized athletic training.
