Business Plan
I have only been in business for over a year. It is a cash-based medical business industry. I hired two part time employees so far who does all my administrative duties and another one who manages my social media and marketing. My long term goal is to eventually open a medspa in our little town of Laveen where I will have a store front and hire more staff to perform other services. Investors should invest in my business because I am motivated and driven to grow this business. The city of Laveen, Arizona is booming and there is no other aesthetic provider in our area within a 10 mile radius. I personally would like to get ahead and open my own in this town. I also did my research about what is the financial trend of the medical aesthetic industry in the next few years and found out that aesthetic medicine is projected to hit 45 billion dollars by 2029.
-
Self Identified Competition
There is no other competitors/aesthetic medicine provider in my area within a 10 mile radius. I am different from other providers because I do promote safety, quality and excellent patient care experience in my practice. I care about mental health and wellness because I am a strong believe that "when you look good, you feel good" and would like to deliver that in my community.
