Cambo Farms | Application Preview
Cambo Farms is applying for government grants to purchase a new tractor and essential equipment to expand their farming operations. Their business plan focuses on selling hay and breeding mini animals, addressing a strong local demand with limited competition within a 100-mile radius. Additionally, they aim to introduce a mobile petting zoo and party venue to further attract customers.
The owner emphasizes a strong commitment to achieving goals and is dedicated to building a successful family business for future generations following a long management career. With no direct competition in the area, Cambo Farms plans to leverage their unique offerings, establishing themselves as the first to provide multiple animal-related services in one location.

Business Plan
Selling hay. Continue breeding mini animals as there is an overwhelming demand and not many breeders within 100 miles of our location. Expand also into a mobile or home bound petty zoo, party venue. I am very goal oriented and when I set my mind on a project I’m not satisfied until I have reached the maximum outcome. I recently retired from a management position after over 30 years so now my focus is on creating a thriving family business that can be left to our children and grandchildren.
-
Self Identified Competition
There is no competition within 100 miles of our location that offers what I am proposing. I have done my research. I will be the first in our area to offer these multiple services all in one location.
