Business Plan
I recently obtained my Broker Sales License for manufactured homes and I am currently working towards my Texas Real Estate License. I have 13 years of property management experience leasing and renting commercial and residential properties. I want to expand my knowledge and services by offering investors my real estate experience to help locate investment properties. I want to expand the company in 5 years by becoming an investor and managing properties under the LLC name. I would like to offer affordable living to future homeowners by giving them options in manufactured housing or tiny homes. Investors should invest in me because of my extensive knowledge and passion for property management. I am always looking to grow my knowledge and experience by learning as much as I can about all areas of property management. I am a certified property manager and a licensed salesperson in manufactured home. With my Real Estate license, I can grow this business by becoming a one stop shop to investors that are looking for someone they can trust to manage and operate their investments without the hassles. I added a notary service that specializes in real estate notary and signing services. Owners and investors want to invest in properties that offer long term income but they don't want the hassle of the day to day maintenance and paperwork that comes along with maintaining a property and that is where I come in at. I advertise the property, I find qualified renters, verify applications, maintain maintenance and vendors, budget planning, pay insurance and invoices, and I find the best vendors and bids for the upkeep of the property.

Self Identified Competition
My top competitor in the manufactured home community is Inspire Communities but they currently only have 3 communities in the Texas area. There is a host of property management companies in the Houston area that range from small to large. Two other property management companies are Chaparral Property Management and Partin Properties. My company is different from other competitors because I am small and personal but I offer a variety of services in one stop. I find properties, manage, operate, lease, sell, and maintain commercial, manufactured and residential (multi-family and single family) properties. I offer real estate notary and signing services and real estate services. I haven't found a property management company that offer all of these services under one umbrella. I have a list of maintenance, vendors and contractors that are all vetted, insured and competitively priced.
