CJ HEAT AUTO REPAIR LLC | Application Preview
CJ HEAT AUTO REPAIR LLC is applying for government grants with a funding request aimed at enhancing its mobile auto repair services. The plan includes allocating $20,000 to $25,000 for purchasing a cargo van, which would enable safer transport of tools and create a clear distinction between personal and business vehicles. An additional $10,000 to $15,000 will be invested in diagnostic tools and mobile-friendly equipment.
The business anticipates significant growth, expecting to gain a large clientele by the end of the third year. The initial marketing strategy focuses on leveraging personal networks, followed by traditional advertising methods like business cards and vehicle branding. Social media will also play a crucial role in promoting the business.
The owner envisions future expansion, with multiple employees and vans, contributing to local job creation and community support. The funding will be used strategically to improve service quality.
In a competitive landscape that includes established businesses like Firestone and Spencer Auto, CJ HEAT AUTO REPAIR LLC aims to differentiate itself by prioritizing customer satisfaction. The owner plans to implement a customer-first model, ensuring that clients benefit from potential cost savings rather than being charged standard rates even for expedited services.

Funding Usage
Ideally I would spend 20-25000 on a legitimate cargo van so I can safely and properly transport my tools and equipment. This would also separate my personal vehicle from the main selling point of my services which is "I come to you". The remaining 10-15000 will be spent on diagnostic tools, and other mobile friendly solutions to using my tools.

Business Plan
I expect my business to explode with clientele by the end of the 3rd year. I am very creative and am also a very personable person. In the beginning my marketing strategy will be to get friends and family to spread the word and then work up to business cards, vehicle magnets, eventually vehicle decals or full wraps on a dedicated work van will be the main forms of attracting clients. Social media has tons of good resources for promoting business's as well In the future I see my company having multiple employees with multiple vans to provide quick, quality and enjoyable work. Bringing jobs into my area and supporting the community. I am confident that any amount of funding will be directed solely to creating the best service we can offer.

Self Identified Competition
Firestone, Spencer auto, AZ 1 My company is different because I want to be based on a customer first model. I want to pass along the savings forwards instead of charging what was quoted even if it was completed in half the expected time.
