Cipriano Solutions Cipriano Solutions | Government Grant Application

Cipriano Solutions | Application Preview

Cipriano Solutions is seeking government grants to support various initiatives, such as marketing, the development of a website and application, and the hiring of staff and subcontractors. Their business plan focuses on securing long-term contracts with national construction companies by offering additional web and app-based services. They aim to build a robust sales team and expand their operational staff to enhance efficiency and revenue generation.

The founder brings a wealth of experience, having operated in business since 2016 and previously working in general contracting since 2011. Notably, Cipriano Solutions has successfully secured substantial contracts and generated significant revenue, even during challenging times like the Covid-19 pandemic. The founder has also established dealerships for two brands, contributing to revenue growth and demonstrating capability in marketing and sales.

Cipriano Solutions faces competition from established firms that work primarily with insurance companies, but their unique positioning involves prioritizing the needs of homeowners and business owners directly. They plan to expand their services beyond Texas, tapping into a larger market for construction contracts, including opportunities with civilian and military projects across the nation. This strategy aims not only to drive local economic growth but also to enhance the company’s national presence and brand recognition.

  • Business Plan

By building more opportunities to secure long term work contracts with national construction companies, providing additional services that are web and application based for additional baseline revenues, and by opening positions for sales teams, including managers and representatives, and office staff, such as secretaries, production managers, and a back-office team in charge of account management, payroll, website/application management, and marketing plans. Since 2016, I have been in business operations. My roles included sales, accounting, marketing, job production, customer follow up, project management, and the training and management of sales representatives/teams. Prior to business operations, I was deeply embroiled in general contracting projects all the way back to 2011, despite receiving education in programming and web-development. I have always been drawn to construction and I was blessed top be associated with home-builders from a young age. The experience that I gained from those years in construction allowed me to become proficient in most areas of contracting. This expertise drew attention from one of the most astute contracting companies in North Dallas, Collin Bryan Construction. After a few interviews back in 2018, I received the task of finding, contracting, and managing storm restoration projects. I secured ~$700,000 in contracts during my first 12 months. Despite Covid-19, I personally brought in over $1 million in revenue during the 2020 fiscal year. Since my start as a consultant, I also established 2 dealerships for Collin Bryan Construction: Gutter Helmet, and Sunesta Awnings and Shades. After establishing Collin Bryan as the exclusive dealer for both of these companies in the DFW, I was placed in charge of marketing, sales, and production for both dealerships. To date, Collin Bryan Construction has experienced a positive increase in revenue from both dealerships, and with supporting national marketing campaigns, including an exclusive deal to market Gutter Helmet in all of the DFW CostCo's, sales volumes are projected to double in the 2021 year, and setup for territory expansion into Houston, Austin, and other large metroplexes. Aside from Gutter Helmet and Sunesta, consulting with home and business owners has provided a steady revenue during the last few years. Storm restoration projects from the 2019 tornado generated ~$739k in revenue and more that 18 months of guaranteed work for our sub-contractors. My goal is to go after large loss contracts with commercial companies across the United States. Such contracts will provide a consistent source of work and revenue that we will be able to drive back into our local economy.

  • Self Identified Competition

The three companies that come to mind are JS Held, EFI Global, and Donan. These companies specialize in large loss claims and provide services including but not limited to project estimating and engineering inspections. I have had the opportunity to work with all three of these companies when representing several storm restoration clients. Our point of difference is that we work for the home and business owner, and not insurance companies. The competitors listed are typically contracted by insurance companies including Pure, State-Auto, and many more. As opposed to competing for the work provided by the insurance companies, Cipriano Solutions LLC focuses on working directly with and for the home/business owner. By doing this and expanding our operating territory beyond Texas and to the rest of the United States, the opportunities to secure years of work and millions of dollars in contracts will provide Cipriano Solutions LLC with national branding and the capacity to pursue the largest of civilian and military construction contracts.
