Case, LLC | Application Preview
Case, LLC is seeking government grants to fund key expansions within their business. The proposed funding will primarily be used to hire a new salesperson, enhance marketing efforts, and purchase essential equipment such as moisture monitors, lasers, and fans for restoration projects.
Over the next five years, the company aims to grow its sales force, establish partnerships with other women-owned subcontractors, and achieve a sales target of $2,000,000.
The application highlights the importance of supporting women-owned construction companies, emphasizing the unique perspective and compassionate approach they bring to restoration projects. In situations like floods or fires, the sensitivity of women leaders can help alleviate customer anxiety during challenging times.
Although the company faces competition from larger national restoration chains, it emphasizes its local ownership, strong relationships with subcontractors, and a woman-led leadership team as its competitive advantages. These factors contribute to Case, LLC's commitment to bringing innovative ideas and a compassionate touch to the industry.

Business Plan
In the next 5 years, I plan on having more salespeople to increase sales. I also want to extend my reach with other women owned subcontractors to have a larger presence in the industry. I plan on having our sales reach $2,000,000 by the end of 5 years. Women owned construction companies are a minority. I believe that there is a need in the industry to promote ideas in construction that are different than the “way things are always done”. Women show a compassionate sense of hope when a restoration project is needed. Floods, fires, mold, discovery of asbestos, and any other tragedy are traumatic. I feel that when these disasters are approached with sensibility in mind, the customers mind is put at ease and the project can be taken care of without added anxiety.

Self Identified Competition
Our three top competitors are national restoration chains that do the same type of work that we do. We are different from our competitors because we are locally owned, we have built close relationships with the subcontractors, and our leadership is women based.
