Also, more equipment to pass Health Code standards as being a mobile service, there are many things we need to pass these standards. Overall, the money will be used to upgrade current equipment and grow the business from that upgrade.

    By getting bigger and upgraded equipment, it will only open up more opportunities to get contracted in bigger events and grow overall. Social Media will make us grow with new and upgraded equipment. There are also plans to bottle many of our hand made, fresh sauces based off the many requests from our customers who want this done. Our Chimichurri Sauce is the #1 requested item. Along with our 3 BBQ Sauces and Ranch. All made with fresh ingredients. I have Family in the entertainment industry and event planning. The opportunity to get in these events will only happen if we get upgraded equipment to expand and generate the kind of money we know we can do. Opening up a brick and mortar is the ultimate goal and all of the above mentioned will help us grow to get to that point. Advertising and marketing on Social Media and on the Web will help us grow. Because we offer a food service that is very hard to find in the area of Downey, CA. There is no one in my city that makes the food we do and with the amazing smoked taste. All of our food is fresh and all sauces hand made from scratch. Nobody does that in this city. My team is dedicated to bring nothing but the best. My culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA 14 years ago is now paying off and are passing it on to my Family Team. I have been wood smoking meats for 10 years now and have perfected my craft, but on the same side, I am constantly doing market researching and trying new recipes and dishes. Many of our side dishes are long stand Family recipes that people try very hard to get from me. Our concept is being Family ran and giving you that feeling of Family memories when you eat our food. We need funds to pay for salaries as hiring is needed to keep up with the demand. Our goal is within 5 years to open up that Brick and Mortar.

    Chris and Pitts BBQ - they do not wood smoke their food. The quality has gone down over the years. The flavor of our food vs. theirs is un-matched. Mr. BBQ - another place that doesn't use real wood to cook their meats. It is average at best. These are the only 2 in or near Downey, CA. The difference is simple. Wood smoked meats in our high quality smoker blow the competition away. Also, our Family themed menu and environment is more welcoming than any of these places. They cannot compete with our taste and flavor.
