    I have invested countless hours and much of the businesses income into marketing, advertising, and seo. As our first full year in this location comes to a close, I can say that we have certainly grown. I hope to continue to market myself and business creatively, bringing cutting edge treatments and technologies to the Springs, and to continue to grow my team. We have previously looked at acquiring other med spas and if this location works that will still be on the horizon. Step 1 continue to build this location, train and maintain staff Step 2 partner with other local businesses with shared clientele to create foothold in the area Step 3 creative advertising strategies giving the perception of omnipresence Step 4 maximize packaging and one stop shop offers Step 5 build or acquire new location and repeat process There are many medspas in the Springs area but I continue to be innovative. Most of the locations here are ran by doctors and therefore feel like doctors offices. I have tried through marketing and social media channels to be more approachable and have therefore tapped a market that is unaware that most of these treatments are an option until they find me. I always my clients, of all the offices here, why did you select ours for your treatment, and more often than not, it is because we go to great lengths to ensure comfort on the front end rather than a sale. Trust is everything, whether that trust from the client to me, or the trust I empower my team with to treat the client, it’s the most important.
