Crown Castle Roofing LLC | Application Preview

Crown Castle Roofing LLC is seeking government grants to acquire essential commercial insurance and worker's compensation, as well as to purchase safety equipment and necessary tools to advance their roofing business. The business plan focuses on building a pipeline of customers and expanding the workforce to 5-10 employees, aiming to take on commercial roofing projects through National Accounts with building owners and management companies.

The applicant emphasizes a commitment to creating quality jobs that honor employees and foster a supportive work environment. The goal is to cultivate a workplace where individuals feel valued and enjoy their jobs, contrasting with less reputable companies that prioritize quick profits over customer satisfaction. By delivering high-quality roofing services and exceptional customer care, Crown Castle Roofing aims to alleviate stress for clients, helping them focus on more important matters in their lives.

Regarding competition, the owner notes that local companies within a 20-mile radius may pose challenges, but they do not have a specific competitor in mind. The competitive edge stems from the owner’s extensive background in the roofing industry, including experience at established companies and hands-on work in various roles. This knowledge equips them to navigate the business effectively and set up a stable, family-oriented company that prioritizes fair treatment of employees and job satisfaction for all.

  • Business Plan

I have created a pipe line of customers the past couple of years and I am going to employ 5-10 people to build up the company to a point where we can begin to take on the commercial roofing work via National Accounts with Building Owners/Businesses/ Management Companies. I want to create jobs that that equally and honestly take care of hard working people. I want to create a company that people can be proud to work for and confident they can can’t on to be there for them and their families. I do not want to grow too big to be honest. I want to be able to keep personal relationships with everyone I employ. I hate not loving my job and I want to creat the environment for people to wear that enjoy coming to work and they feel appreciated and compensated appropriately for their contributions. Also I want to provide quality and work and great customer service to any client in need of roof work. There are so many fly by night companies that don’t care about the customers needs and just want the quick cash. I to build a company that actually fixes people’s problems and allows them to focus in the important things in their everyday lives now not have to stress about the little things that creep up on you and turn into big head aches.

  • Self Identified Competition

It hard to say. I have not really had any one company become and obstacle for me. I would have to say local companies with in 20 miles would probably be the hardest to go up against. I started from the bottom in the commercial roofing business. I worked for Fisher roofing. Probably one of the smartest outfits. I was just a guy who pick up trash and help moved materials and slowly worked up to becoming a roofer over the next 2 years. I wasn’t making but maybe 25-30k a year and then left and got a job as an estimator for the largest company in the USA, Centimark. I spent 2 years there working underneath their Salesman, National Account handlers and Operations Managers. I found out that I did not like the corporate politics and figured I would take my chance as a salesman at a smaller company. I left Centimark and went to work for a few companies where I quickly realized that alot of small to medium companies are only in the business for the quick money and they didn’t care anything past that. I began doing contract working for a local roofing company and shorty after that I open my own LLC and started selling jobs and had them do the jobs for me as I learned how to do the business side of things. I learned how to operate and entire company from behind the computer, i,e quickbooks, accounting, Payroll, filing sales tax, setting up government fillings to become Gov approved contractors. Texas mutual audits, etc. I haven’t spent almost 8 years in the business and almost workin in every aspect of it. I want this so I can create a stable company for my family and I can rely on as well as create a great workplace for others to make a living and and be treated fairly. Finding a place to work at that you look forward to going into in a Monday morning and be very difficult. I want to provide that happiness for others along for myself as well.
