1ST C & R LLC | Application Preview
1ST C & R LLC is seeking a government grant to secure $25,000 in funding, which the owner believes could be leveraged to purchase approximately $170,000 worth of inventory. The plan involves moving away from dropshipping to establish a brick-and-mortar location and a large warehouse for designer apparel. The owner, currently the sole employee, aims to expand the workforce as the business grows while managing online sales platforms personally.
The business strategy focuses on providing authentic designer products at lower prices than major retailers like Macy's, relying on established relationships with authorized distributors. The owner, now legally registered as an S-Corp, has previous experience in online retail and is optimistic about competing against larger companies with the right financial support. They've initiated trademark applications for the company name and slogan, further indicating a commitment to branding and long-term growth.
The owner expresses confidence that physical retail still has a place in the market despite challenges posed by COVID-19 and believes that impatience with shipping times makes a local store attractive to customers. Aside from inventory and location costs, funding will also be allocated to advertising and potentially creating commercials to boost visibility.
Regarding competition, the owner highlights major players like Google, Alibaba, and Walmart, positioning their business as a challenger driven by a desire to serve American consumers honorably and faithfully. The owner believes that 1ST C & R LLC can offer a superior shopping experience, aiming to reclaim a larger market share for American businesses.
In summary, 1ST C & R LLC is requesting funding to enhance its infrastructure and marketing efforts, with a clear vision of revolutionizing the retail experience while emphasizing the importance of loyalty to American consumers.

Funding Usage
I could take 25 grand and purchase around $170,000 worth of inventory and even more for just 25 grand. Right now i'm just giving you a rough estimate but if i really sat down and crunched the numbers for you, it would be more than $170,000. I would use this funding for a brick and mortal location and inventory, I also would like to purchase a warehouse big enough to hold all my designer apparel in, in order to move away from the dropship method and make revenue on the spot. Also my business is an LLC being taxed as a S-Corp to help me save on taxes so I would have to keep payroll going which right now i am the only employee. When my business grows and expands then i will defiantly hire employees to work the warehouse and the brick and mortal store front. I will continue to run the website, ebay and amazon myself. Depending on the way this country turns due to covid would give me a clearer outlook but I believe that brick and mortals aren't dead and its just a slow down until the world can figure out what their going to do.

Business Plan
I will grow my business by being able to offer Authentic designer gear well below what Macy's or other top retailers can offer their products for. As a matter of fact, i know all the authorized distributors and how to become a member and do business with them. I've done my homework and learned from experience. this isn't my first go round with online retail. In 2018 I had a shopify store but I wasn't a corporation at the time, neither did I have my business license but now I'm legit as they comes even for taxes, I'm set and ready. I can be a direct challenge to the major retailers in the entire USA with the right funding to back me up. I've even applied for my trademark for my company a month ago with the uspto, I'm just waiting to see if it'll be approved or not but i feel good about my chances. Now i'm in the process of trademarking my logo with the madrid protocol but i'm running low on funds. I'm also looking to trademark my slogan "THE KING OF PERFECTION" but i need more funds. To grow my business all i need is time and effort and I got those already, i need extra funding to expand and have a storefront for customers to shop at. No one likes waiting for shipping when they could have it in their hands this very day. I will also use it for advertising and i really would like a commercial or two. Investors should invest with 1ST C & R, LLC because we're "THE KING OF PERFECTION" and to be honest, I really believe the reason google won't advertise my products because I have 'THE KING OF PERFECTION" posted on my website and seo search pages. I think google is afraid of my company and thats one of the reasons that i will trademark my slogan. I really love my business and it is a beautiful thing to me.

Self Identified Competition
Google # 1 because i made it my personal mission to destroy their power supply on the american people. so when i say google, i'm speaking of the entire alphaphet inc organization, facebook included. #2 Alibaba, why alibaba? Because i like the challenge. #3 Walmart, because i can build a bigger and better experience for the American people and i can expand beyond Americas borders and i can rake in half the globe and put America back on top. The difference is the vision. The sole purpose for actually loving Americas citizens and not just using them as a source of income. I have great plans but I need capital in order to challenge these tech and companies of renowned juggernauts. Some one has to challenge them and I don't see anyone pushing against the disloyalty and the sellout companies as 1ST C & R, LLC THE KING OF PERFECTION will.
