Norte Bella Peau LLC | Application Preview
Norte Bella Peau LLC is seeking government grants to support the purchase of necessary materials and tools that cannot be funded out of pocket. The business focuses on creating custom handmade products targeted at teens and young adults, who appreciate unique items infused with the personal touch of the artisan. The pandemic has shifted consumer preferences towards handmade items, as people enjoy the feeling of receiving something crafted with love, often accompanied by handwritten notes. Many customers are willing to pay a premium for these products due to their unique qualities.
The business plan includes strategies such as providing free samples, offering custom orders, actively listening to customer feedback, selling a diverse range of products in limited quantities, and implementing weekly discounts to encourage repeat purchases.
With a growing demand for American-made products and a general decline in interest for mass-produced items from abroad, Norte Bella Peau positions itself as a viable alternative. The company emphasizes its commitment to quality by using 100% organic ingredients and ensuring that all products are handcrafted in the U.S.
In a competitive market that includes brands like Jergens, St. Ives, and Bath and Body Works, Norte Bella Peau's handcrafted approach and organic commitment provide a significant edge. The funding would enhance its ability to meet customer needs and expand its offerings, reinforcing its dedication to the artisan spirit.

Funding Usage
Generally to help get me purchase what I can not purchase out of pocket. My target is Teens/Young Adults, who love custom homemade/handmade products (handmade equivalent = "made with love"). Thus being said, machine-made products can not transmit The Artisan's "Essence" in the form of his or her love for the product. Furthermore, during The Covid-19 Pandemic, most people are enjoying purchasing products for themselves and when received in the mail with handwritten letters it feels as if it's a gift and that the product now contained love. Many were willing to pay up to 17-30% more for handmade items in general, plus I know have since the pandemic has started, because it’s human nature to value the creative spirit. When being handmade no two items are alike, so that every single one is one-of-a-kind, variations in color, shading, texture, shape and grain.
