Business Plan
In the next 5 years, we will be improving product and service quality across all sectors of the real estate business. We will be spreading happiness to families through shelter provision. Making the supply of homes meet the increasing demand of the U.S. population. And promoting a lovely lifestyle in a product offering. We see three group homes at a minimum within five years. At least 15 individuals in homes they can feel comfortable in and safe. Investors should invest in me because I'm passionate in the outcome that I want for these residents. One big factor is my autistic miracle son that I had through in-vitro fertilization. We found out about 3 years after his birth that he was autistic. It has been a challenge learning different ways to help him speak and overcome different obstacles arising in his life. He is now seven years old. We would like our group home to help people similar to him. Jaxon Legacy Living Quarters will be a safe haven for many. We are asking for your help in funding our first group home. The sky is the limit. And I take pride in my integrity and helping my community and growing to help the U.S. where the need is great.

Laughing helps with a multitude of things in the body and the way we respond to life. This will allow the residents to see life differently while being healthier by just laughing more.
