    I want to get 5 people on pay roll this upcoming year. If I can get an excavator, I will own all the equipment out right and cut the cost of machine rental. I have done some very high end jobs this year and have a couple set up for next year. The end of five years I’d like to have 3 crews of five working full time, doing stamped patios and drive ways. I have started the business on my own. I have worked late nights and weekends to start this as a part time job. I worked hard enough this year to make it my full time job. I have been in the industry for 12 years now and can say I have grasped the major components to make this a successful money making business.

    CMC concrete, the company I started at I can say, I can compete with them price wise and do the quality work that is needed for referrals. Dan Miller taught me a lot and has enjoyed watching my company grow. Bennington concrete, I have worked with them on bigger jobs in the past, they seem to be expanding at the same rate of speed I am but have investors already. JDK concrete is well established, has multiple crews working for him. They have good reviews and competitive pricing. I am currently investing all my time into my company. I strive for doing great work and working on referrals mostly at this time. I have great work ethic and make sure the job is completed at my high standards. I take the time to hear the costumers out and give them as much as I can within there budget. This winter I have set up driveways accounts to plow snow. I work as many hrs as I can to make sure the business will continue to grow.
