Business Plan
Year 1 - The Sūl will focus on successful contract with beer, makgeolli and soju brewers/distillers as well as contracts with local restaurants/bars. Heavy online promotion (e.g., Instagrama and Facebook) with on-sight promotion (e.g., pop-up craft workshop) will be the main marketing tool to introduce and experience new products in market. Year 2 - The Sūl will maintain current manufacturers, accounts and clients. New manufacturers and accounts will be added and we will continue to support restaurants and bars with promotional various promotion events. Year 3 - The Sūl will focus on expanding the footprint with join venture company to open an online shop. Year 4 - The Sūl will expand to brewery cities in other states to add different products to online shop. Year 5 - The Sūl will maintain and keep adding manufacturers and accounts for continued development and serve the local and strip restaurants/bars. The Sūl is focused on a unique strategy that no other liquor distributions are using. Also, big distribution companies are focused on main brand labels rather than craft beers, wines and liquors due to larger demand and sales volume. However, we see it as an opportunity to get into a niche market to focus on growing demand of craft products. We are starting ahead of other distribution company or other start-up distribution company and we will be in good position with breweries and restaurants/bars when people realize that The Sūl is the one and only company who is fully dedicated and focused to deliver quality craft liquors to the town of Las Vegas.

With the “craft mind”, The Sūl is not just a liquor distribution company as we are very excited to introduce variety of craft products through attractive and fun promotions such as happy hour tasting with food pairing, pop-up workshops to introduce different flavors of craft liquors to target customers, and work towards opening up an online store to expand the footprint to other regions where our friends can purchase even more items to enjoy comfortably whether at home, park or oceanside.
