    The only competition really one other washeteria in the area. That washeteria is 0.6 miles away from my store and the parking area at the competitors store is terrible. My store will be brand new with App generated service on the machine along with the old fashion Coin & Cash. My Parking area is huge so therefore customers will not be fighting over parking and getting discouraged from that point of view. There is the "Hair Palace" right next door to my store where customers can go and get the hair cuts along with many, many restaurants near me. PLUS I'm located on the MAIN street in Deer Park, TX.
