As stated before being my business is a start-up small business with extensive research My business expenses are broken down into several categories which include: Fabric and Material Sourcing (30%): We plan to invest in high-quality, breathable, and durable fabrics to ensure comfort and longevity for our custom scrubs. Manufacturing Setup (25%): Funds will be allocated to establishing relationships with reliable manufacturers capable of producing our custom designs with precision and efficiency. Design and Branding (20%): Investing in professional designers and branding strategies will ensure our scrubs are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, creating a distinctive brand identity. Online Platform Development (15%): To create an intuitive e-commerce platform, enabling healthcare professionals to easily customize and order their scrubs online, fostering a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience. Marketing and Outreach (10%): Utilizing social media, targeted advertising, and partnerships with medical institutions, strategically promoting my brand and products to reach my target audience.

I also plan to implement a user-friendly and mobile-responsive website, leverage 3D visualization tools for customization, and explore virtual try-on options. As well as incorporating sustainable and eco-friendly practices in my manufacturing processes. I've learned that the demand for sustainable and ethically produced products is growing, and this can be a significant differentiator in the market for my business. My goal in 5 years would also be to achieve international expansion, by then I will be able to identify key markets where there is a demand for customized healthcare apparel and develop a targeted strategy for entering and capturing those markets. I've already planned to collaborate with influencers, healthcare professionals, and institutions to increase brand visibility. After sustaining a great work ethic in my career collaborations will become my biggest leverage. My goal is to earn partnerships with medical schools, nursing associations, and healthcare events that will provide exposure and credibility. I've done my research by using data analytics to understand customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns. I've learned how to implement targeted marketing campaigns based on research data to optimize my advertising spend and increase conversion rates. From attending many workshops throughout the years I learned to plan to incorporate customer loyalty programs and implement a customer loyalty program to reward repeat customers. I plan to also offer discounts, exclusive access to new collections, or other perks to incentivize customer loyalty and retention. With many years of customer service, I already know that my company will prioritize excellent customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. I know that a positive customer experience can lead to word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business which I plan on making one of my top priorities. I also plan to leverage my social media platforms to connect with my target audience by sharing engaging content, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of my business throughout the years as well as running targeted advertising campaigns to reach a broader audience. I plan to always stay ahead of my industry by innovating my designs and manufacturing processes. I will also cater to a wide range of body sizes and shapes by offering size-inclusive scrubs.
