    In the next 5 years, I plan on growing my business by buying more real estate and properties in the central Indiana area. Over this time, I hope to provide quality housing at affordable prices to residents in this area. I plan on making this business my full-time income stream and main focus. To grow, I will hire employees such as; real estate agents to acquire more properties, maintenance employees to maintain our properties and investment advisors to look after finances. Investors should invest in me because I have a background in finance and have grown up in central Indiana. I want to help grow the communities and neighborhoods surrounding Indianapolis with quality housing opportunities at low-costs to tenants. With my experience and connections I have acquired with people in Indiana, I believe investors can trust that my goal orientated personality will achieve success in real estate.

    T&H Realty Services: This competitor focuses mainly in Indianapolis on the buying and selling of properties and takes care of renting higher end properties. Their mean rental range seems to be $1,000 to $1,500. They focus on pushing customers to buy property as well after renting. Many reviews were lack luster of T&H Realty Services. AMG Property Management, LLC: This business works with many properties in Indiana. Cost of rentals again is fairly high, upwards of $1,200, where as my group will focus of high quality, but at low costs for my tenants. Reviews were good but many stated how managers seemed unaware or didn't bother to care about tenants much. TBH Management: This business also focuses in Indianapolis, but has some outside Marion County. These prices of rentals and customer service are much more in line with what I want to do. This will be a main competitor. Reviews were good about TBH Management and tenants seem to like working with TBH. Winston Property Group, LLC will focus on a segment of the central Indiana population that has not been looked after in the past. My ideal rental properties will allow for low-income families to rent quality 1-3 bedroom houses between $500 and $900 a month. These monthly payments will still produce a profit to Winston Property Group, LLC but will not up charge tenants and be such a money grab from these established competitors. This will help the low-income community by receiving housing opportunities they have not been able to afford in the past. My LLC is different from competitors by lower costs to tenants and providing quality environments for people to live.
