  • Business Plan

Grow to at least 3 trucks and 8 full time employees; 6 full-time laborers and 2 full-time office workers. This starts day one, with increased marketing efforts, crm implementation, field credit card readers, hiring two (2) full time laborers, and one (1) assistant to answer phones and set appointments. With two (2) full-time laborers, this will relieve me from the truck to work more on the business and drive more business organically; boots on the grounds (i.e. visiting realtor offices, property management companies, apartment complexes, residential door knocking, community involvement, etc.) We’ll then look to increase marketing efforts even more, with the goal in mind to purchase an additional dump truck. Short term, I’ll get back on the truck with W9 contractors, until two (2) additional full-time laborers are hired to man the second truck. Through tracking KPI’s, continuing to increase all marketing efforts, we’ll rinse and repeat for continued growth. That is a great question! I can say I am determined and passionate about what we do; how we give back to the community, and our burning desire to give back as much as humanly possible to families in need! My sister and I, were brought up in a single parent household by our mother, who did all she could to make ends meet. We didn’t have much but we knew we were loved. I am a 100% minority business owner; the first in my family to acquire a secondary education; then subsequently, a graduate degree. I am a husband and father to three girls; 28, 5, and 2 years old (3 in January). I am determined, honest, caring, ambitious, and I/we have so much more to give. In all honesty, we’ve been doing this for 2 years, but we cannot sustain our efforts and continue to grow without help ourselves.
