MetaSpine Chiropractic LLC 92-1859854 | Government Grant Application

MetaSpine Chiropractic LLC | Application Preview

MetaSpine Chiropractic LLC is seeking government grant funding for office build-out, working capital, and essential equipment purchases. The business plan emphasizes the referral-based nature of chiropractic practices; however, the owner is part of a business coaching group and is utilizing marketing strategies to attract new patients. Participation in the Chamber of Commerce and BNI, along with leveraging social media, is part of the modern marketing approach to reach potential clients without incurring high costs.

The owner highlights their background as a disabled veteran with a back injury, underscoring a personal commitment to providing accessible chiropractic care outside the constraints of insurance and medical institutions. This mission is driven by their own positive experiences with chiropractic treatment, which motivated them to pursue education in the field after military service.

Regarding competition, the owner notes that chiropractors generally do not compete with one another directly; rather, the challenge lies in convincing individuals to prioritize health services over other non-essential expenses.

The competitive advantage of MetaSpine Chiropractic lies in its personalized care approach. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, ensuring specific needs are met. The practice distinguishes itself by conducting X-rays for every patient, enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of the treatment offered.

  • Business Plan

Chiropractic offices are largely referral based, but I am in a business coaching group and have a marketing structure to help bring prospective patients into the office. I also joined BNI and work with the Chamber of Commerce. Social media is a largely growing tool in this day and age and is an easy way to market my practice without having to spend a large amount of money on traditional marketing. As a disabled veteran with a back injury, I want to ensure that people have access to quality chiropractic care from a private practice, not dictated by insurance companies or hospitals. Typically, chiropractic is not covered or only partly covered when done within the medical community, but there are so many people like myself who need consistent care in order to maintain and improve overall function and health. Chiropractic care has helped me so much and that in itself inspired me to go back to school after retiring from the military so I could help people in the same way I was helped.

  • Self Identified Competition

Chiropractors do not have competitors within their own field. Because care is largely dependent on whether or not people choose to pay for their care and whether or not their health is important enough to invest it, our “competitors” are any companies that take money from prospective patients for things that are not necessary for survival or health (I.e. phone companies, retail, etc). My office offers precise and specific chiropractic care to patients. All care is completely tailored to each person, there is no one-size-fits-all model. So each person who comes in gets something that is entirely specific to their body and exactly what they need. I take X-rays of every patient who comes in, which is not done in every practice, to ensure that I am as accurate as possible when treating patients.
