Also, we plan to hire more staff members which will include a customer service representative, social media specialist, marketing manager and operations personnel. In addition, we plan to promote our business by developing creative and engaging marketing campaigns which will include billboards, radio advertisements, video advertisements, social media marketing and Google Search Engine Marketing. Funding administrators should consider funding our company the requested amount because this grant can help our business to thrive which in return will create jobs. Our goal is to have a business that will employ others and provide a unique service that will be apart of people most memorable occasions. We are a minority owned small business who has the potential to grow into a larger company with the right marketing and resources.

An example is creating a professional website which provides potential clients with information about our services. Whereas either of our competitors have yet to launch a website. Our company is also licensed and insured.
