Adding an electric charging station at my gas station will add more customers other than gas cars to come to my location. In addition, adding a restaurant would help out this part of town since there aren't many options other than taco trucks around. Going green is a good way for the future for everyone. Adding electric charging to my location will help when all new cars will be electric in 2030 in Washington State. Also, adding more options like a sub/sandwich shop in my part of town will help out the community give more places to eat.

My top competitors are the 2 other gas stations down the street, a few blocks away. My store location is in the corner street of 2 busy streets. While my other compentitor is located on one street down a few blocks away. I have more flow of traffic at my location. Also, I am much closer to the highway entrance than my competitors.
