Business Plan
At this time I am working to implement services with a new corrosion protection product from a current vendor. It is designed primarily as an industrial solution, but the applications are almost limitless for commercial, private, and municipal applications. This project is expected to last roughly two years to establish and grow. As I work to establish this portion of the business, I will look to incorporate paint protection film to our company's offerings. The primary focus of the business is professional automotive detailing, paint correction, and protection. Adding paint protection film would allow the company to offer complete vehicle protection on the exterior and interior. As I develop our technical capabilities I will look to implement marketing strategies to identify and target those in the consumer, commercial, and public markets who would benefit most from these services. I will also explore opportunities to expand beyond automotive applications to residential, construction, agricultural, and others. I plan to explore opportunities to establish a retail side of the business to offer detailing products and supplies to my clients so they may confidently care for their own vehicles if they so choose. This will progress into procuring land and the construction of an independent company facility with the potential to take on tenants through commercial rental units. The goal is to develop revenue streams that will support the addition of cross-trained, specialist employees to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and customer service. I want to grow my business to be more than just a detail shop that does great work. I want to create a culture of family for my clients and any employees who would be added. I want to be trusted by all who seek out my services and know that whatever happens I will take care of them even if it means sending them to a competitor. I want to make sure my offerings are all relevant, but diverse enough to keep the company going if one area begins shows decline in demand. I am committed to constantly improving customer service to create a client experience second to none.

Self Identified Competition
Bob's Auto Detailing, LLC - Provider of detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating services, and paint protection film. Power Clean Luxury Detailing - Provider of detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating services, and paint protection film. Capital Auto Protection - Provider of detailing, ceramic coating services, paint protection film, and rust proofing/undercoating. Compared to very few others, I am an Eagle Scout and strive to run my business with the values instilled in me while active in Scouting. I was taught to appreciate honesty, integrity, and always treat others how I would like to be treated. I work to be a considerate and compassionate citizen in my community both personally and professionally. To my knowledge, Eagle Custom Detailing is the only business in my immediate market to be an active authorized installer of IGL Coatings Ecoclear Aegis. This is a super versatile, silicone resin hybrid 2K clear coat system. While others in my market offer rustproofing and undercoating, Aegis can be used for so much more than automotive applications and is exponentially more durable.
