CreativeFreedom 92-1604333 | Government Grant Application

CreativeFreedom | Application Preview

CreativeFreedom is seeking government grants to support the opening of a new hair salon and to establish a training program or nonprofit organization. The funds will be used to acquire essential tools for employees, including barber chairs, styling equipment, and technology for the shop, such as computers and printers.

The business plan focuses on expanding the team, enhancing shop equipment, and providing apprenticeship opportunities. Darren, the owner, brings 15 years of hairstyling experience, having turned a personal struggle as a homeless teen into a successful career. His mission is to give back by providing quality hairstyling services and professional training, particularly for underprivileged individuals who need access to hair care.

CreativeFreedom faces competition from local salons but stands out due to Darren's extensive experience and recognition in the community, having been awarded "most booked" in Appleton for three consecutive years. The priority is ensuring client safety and satisfaction while creating a welcoming environment for all.
